Shipping Policy Overview

At Twolobes, we ship worldwide from our fulfillment centre and treat every order with care and precision — just like our piercing jewellery.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.


Shipping Rates

  • ✈️ Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $79 USD.
  • For orders under $79 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies.
  • Express or expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout — the cost will vary based on your location and chosen carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Use this link to follow your parcel’s journey. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@twolobes.com so we can help investigate.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, local customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.
Twolobes is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping addresses, or local carrier issues.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including unit numbers, postal codes, and country).
We are unable to reroute packages once dispatch is complete, and any extra shipping or return costs arising from incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
